I just wanted to thank you for the two pairs of Orthaheel shoes I have recently ordered from your shop. Both times, my orders were received super fast. The shoes are the BEST! I have had plantar faciitis, achilles tendonitis, hallux limitus, and bone spurs since May 2009. So far, these shoes have been the absolute best for my feet. I hope to see more styles in the future.

I just wanted to tell you how delighted I am with your customer service and fast delivery. I ordered two pair of Orthaheel shoes from another online company and although I was given an order number, I never got the promised email confirmation. When I called to inquire, I was told they had no record of my order or my customer number (from the back of the catalogs they mail me!) and to call my cc company to see if it had been charged!!! My cc company told me it would take up to 48 hrs for a charge to hit my card and told me to call the shoe company back and demand to know if they placed a charge on my card. When I did, the shoe company said they "found" my order...it was in a trouble bucket because one of the pairs was no longer available and the other was backordered. I asked them to cancel my order and send me an email confirmation. .which I never got! What a hassle!!!!
Totally frustrated, I found your company when I Googled "Orthaheel." I ordered the exact two pairs of shoes on Friday afternoon and received the shoes on Monday. Wow! I am very impressed with Sole Provisions and will spread the word among my friends!

I bought a pair of Hada shoes with a rocker sole from Sole Provisions and wore them most of yesterday. It has been several years since my feet felt so good at the end of the day and my walking speed was much improved.
The best thing is that the heel cup actually fits my foot - so many European shoes, and many US shoes, are too loose in the heel, which makes walking difficult because the shoe hangs off the forefoot with every step.

After an injury 2 1/2 years ago I've been unable to walk any distance on hard surfaces without intense pain (knee, hip and neck) until I found FitFlops. Hi, I received an email today saying you now have free returns. Other than a color not being right, not sure why anyone would want to return their FitFlops. They are the ONLY "shoes" I can wear since I have Plantar Fasciitis and I mean the ONLY ones I want to wear! I am now worried about what oh what shall I wear when cold weather comes!!! I get this totally bizarre e-mail saying that SoleProvisions is giving totally free returns on Fit Flops. Why would ANYONE want to return such a wonderful product?!!
I got mine a couple of weeks ago and, literally, they've only been off my feet to sleep and shower. I thought there would be a break-in period, but I just put them on and I've been going ever since. I had back surgery last fall (ruptured disk) and they make my back feel so much better. I was also having trouble with cramping up in my legs and that has disappeared too.
These shoes are truly miracles. A friend showed me hers and I ordered mine the next day. Thanks for a great product and great service from Sole Provisions.

I just want to let you know that I love the "FIT FLOP". They are my absolute favorite shoe. I have been wearing them since the day they arrived. I own five pairs and I am looking to order a purple pair.
I walk alot, about two miles a day. I started having trouble with my left foot arch so that was when I started searching for arch support flip flops for the summer. That's how I came across your beautiful Fit Flops.

Last May I purchased a pair of fitflops at a store near my house. It wasn't long before I went back for another pair in another color. Alas, they were all sold out. No surprise there! The news got around fast on their comfort and durability. Then I went on line and discovered Sole Provisions. I have since aquired THREE MORE PAIRS! I actually paid less for them than when I bought them locally, because I didn't have to pay the local sales tax (I live in Chicago, where sales tax is high). These sandals are the greatest! My husband and I like to walk to local restaurants to eat out in the summertime. Sometimes we'll walk fairly long distances. I no longer have to put on my walking sneakers just to go out and eat. I put on my fitflops and I'm good to go. My feet get plenty of support, my legs get a good workout, and even my toes are happy, because they get some time to be out in the open air. Regular flipflops, though fashionable, don't help my feet stand up to our long walks nearly so well. My ankles start to bother me and my arches feel the strain of having no support under them. Fitflops eliminate all that discomfort! I'm so happy with my fitflops that I have been recommending them to all my friends. I thought I had enough pairs for a while, but with all your new styles I'm really tempted to pick up some more!

I have Morton's Neuroma in my right foot and have a hard time finding shoes or sandals that do not cause me discomfort. My daughter told me about these sandals during the summer. I bought one pair at a local store and was shocked at how these sandals allowed me to wear them all day, every day with no pain in my foot! Wow! There is really no way to explain the pain from a neuroma and these totally alleviated the pain/discomfort. Then I found your site and purchased many more pairs wishing they came in actual shoes. Then the boots came out. I immediately ordered a pair, received them 2 working days later, and haven't taken them off since. FitFlops are absolutely the best. As someone else commented, I hope they someday have tennis shoe type and a high shaft boot.
Sole Provisions provides outstanding customer service, the shipping time is amazing. Responses to e-mails are incredibly timely and courteous.

I just wanted to let you know that my Billows arrived. I forgot to take them off and put my slippers on last night. I laughed when I realized it, but I wasn't surprised. It's just like the original sandal. After I bought my first pair, I stopped changing into my slippers when I got home. Once I put them on, I never wanted to take them off. I recently bought a pair of fitflops for my pregnant daughter living in Florida and she can't believe how her feet don't bother her now. She is on her feet all day at work. With that MicroWobbleboard bottom and the fit � I have high arches and these present no problem at all, it's as though my feet are not even there, but I can count on them to do what I need them to do. I'm a person who doesn't mind buying a pricey shoe for comfort. Because of my arches, most shoes don't feel quite right. I also get occasional bouts of Plantar's Fasciitis. I've been wearing Birkenstocks since I discovered them 20 years ago for these two reasons. I regret that I let my Birkenstocks collect dust this summer, but the comfort of the fitflop sole can't be denied. It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I hope someday they come out with a high shaft boot too and maybe some tennis shoe styles.

I just received my new winter shoes and they fit perfect. If you ever need convincing of how your shoes work just call us at the Gallery Hair salon. Everyone of us have been wearing Fitflops since March and our backs and legs feel great with these shoes. We are on our feet 12 hours a day and we have never felt so comfortable. I have tried a hundred different flip-flops in the span of my life, but have n-e-v-e-r been as pleased as I am with Fit Flops. I slip them on and the comfort and support I feel leaves me speechless! I wear a size 8 1/2 to 9 and I ordered an 8 which fits beautifully. After a week of wearing the first pair I bought, I immediately ordered two more colors. I have been wearing mine about a month now and my legs have
changed into a much nicer shape! I have a disability in my eyes so these allow
me some much needed exercise and circulation! I have told all my friends and
they have bought them too! Thank you for making these. I really have no way to
incorporate an exercise program although I do run some errands(at a walk) and
work from home and at the office at night so I can wear them everywhere I do get
